The Buddhist retreat of O Sel Ling is very close to your holiday cottages - about 7 kms. In fact we are closer than any of the villages or towns nearby. The name given the centre by the Dalai Lama in 1982 means “Place of Clear Light” and is interesting to visit, with fantastic views. Steeped in contemplative history, the centre is visited by people from all over the world.
